By:DefeatADDnow A lot of us have been tested for all these physical imbalances and when they are corrected we are getting better.I also do believe your method will help others whose issues are caused by nonphysical problems.

And while I think good nutrition obviously helps (along with exercise, meditation, yoga, etc..), I don´t think it gets at the core issue of a true, lasting, deep depression.
